Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Solution Architect to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, Performance, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, and Time & Labor implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and design solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Develop functional and technical designs based on business requirements.
  4. Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with other systems.
  5. Direct, develop, and present analyses for feature enablement in Oracle Cloud HCM.
  6. Develop solution demonstrations to validate the solution.
  7. Provide insight, innovation, and thought leadership to clients on the latest thinking across the HR Cloud industry.
  8. Challenge clients' current ways of working and encourage them to adopt Oracle best practices.

Requirements:

  1. 7+ years' experience solutioning, configuring, and implementing Fusion.
  2. At least 3 years' experience in the completion of full life-cycle implementations with Oracle/Cloud HCM Suite.
  3. Experience with designing and implementing Oracle's Cloud Payroll solution.
  4. Working knowledge of customer business domain and/or product within a specific industry vertical/domain.
