We are looking for an entrepreneurial and creative individual with experience in people management and leadership to contribute to the future of the Peak District National Park.

The Job Description

This 18-month fixed term position will work closely with the Head of Assets and Enterprise Service and the Senior Management Team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To advise and support teams to achieve KPIs and service/Authority outcomes and objectives.
  • To develop and implement business initiatives that support a sustainable, commercial business model across the short, medium, and long term.
  • To identify business/operational risks – provide and implement mitigation measures.
  • Strong financial/numerical acumen and budget management skills are essential for this role.
  • To undertake business development initiatives and nurture relationships with partners.
  • A strong track record of delivering successful change management is required.
  • Ability to work in a team and on their own is crucial.
  • To support the prioritization of initiatives that enable controlled management of capital expenditure.
  • Drive growth and revenue generation to deliver profit.

The estimated salary for this role is $47,754 - $50,788 per annum.
