Health and Safety Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Kenton Black Ltd. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with management and employees to identify and address health and safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor health and safety performance and provide guidance and support to employees and contractors.
- Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- NEBOSH General and NEBOSH Construction certifications.
- Current UK driving license and use of a personal car for work-related usage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and positive attitude.
