Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to identify and address health and safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor health and safety performance and provide guidance and support to employees and contractors.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents, near misses, and audits.
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant health and safety legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH General and NEBOSH Construction certifications.
  • Current UK driving license and use of a personal car for work-related purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude.
