Lead Occupational Therapist for Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Lead Learning Disabilities Occupational Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing specialist occupational therapy services to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and sensory integration needs. The role will involve:
- Developing and implementing occupational therapy plans for individuals with learning disabilities and sensory integration needs
- Leading the occupational therapy team to provide high-quality services

- Providing clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff members
- Contributing to the development of occupational therapy policies and procedures
