About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Attendance Coordinator and Intervention Director to join our team at George Spencer Academy in Nottinghamshire. This is a maternity cover position, and we are looking for an individual who can provide exceptional leadership and support to our students and staff.

The estimated salary for this role is £27,585 - £29,476 per annum, depending on experience.

As an Attendance Coordinator and Intervention Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve student attendance and academic achievement. You will work closely with our teachers and support staff to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions to support students.
