Laboratory Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Analyst to join our team at GSK. As a Laboratory Analyst, you will be responsible for performing analyses on API, finished products, bulks, and intermediates to support the operation of the laboratory function and meet the business needs of GSK.
Key Responsibilities- Perform analyses as required by the business.
- Enter data onto company computer systems.
- Check colleagues' work for accuracy.
- Work in a compliant manner and ensure compliance with GxP and Health and Safety legislation.
- Perform equipment performance checks/calibration.
- Create, review, and update laboratory documentation as required.
- HNC in Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or a related scientific subject (or relevant experience).
- Understanding and ability to apply GxP principles.
- Experience in manufacturing processes and/or quality roles.
- Knowledge of analytical testing such as HPLC, dissolution, UV Assay.
- Knowledge of IT systems such as LIFT, Empower, VQMS, SAP.
