Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Principal Technical Consultant to lead our Acoustics team in Northern Europe. This team is part of a broader global technical community that you will have the opportunity to work and develop within. In this role, you can enjoy hybrid working available from any of our 16 UK offices.

In this senior, client-facing role, you will lead the delivery of high-quality noise and vibration assessments and services we provide, either as part of broader Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) or standalone acoustics commissions. You will be responsible for leading technical work streams and supporting commercial development through bid work, helping us grow our market share.

You will collaborate with technical teams and project managers around the business to identify potential noise issues and their impact on design and other parts of the EIA. You will also support team development, driving technical excellence within the team by coaching, mentoring, and completing technical reviews of work produced by the team.
