About The Role

We are looking for an Area Business Development Lead to join our team at WeBuyAnyCar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth in your region.

The estimated salary for this role is £26,380 - £35,980 per annum, with excellent bonus opportunities based on company performance.

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern over 5 days, including weekends. You will have the opportunity to learn about the car industry and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth in your region.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for customers in your local branch.
  • Assisting the Regional Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the region and compliance with company procedures.
  • Identifying coaching needs of colleagues and providing constructive feedback.
  • Reporting any potential threats to the business to your Divisional Manager.
  • Setting up diaries/rotas as per company instruction.
