About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Aylesbury. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cleaning contracts across London and the Home Counties.

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality cleaning services to our clients, while also driving business growth and development. You will work closely with our Area Managers to ensure that all contracts are delivered to the highest standard, and that our clients are satisfied with the services we provide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of cleaning contracts across London and the Home Counties
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality cleaning services to our clients
  • Drive business growth and development through the identification of new opportunities and the development of new business relationships
  • Work closely with our Area Managers to ensure that all contracts are delivered to the highest standard
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage and develop a team of Area Managers to ensure that they have the skills and resources they need to deliver high-quality services to our clients
Requirements
  • Experience of managing multiple cleaning sites and contracts at Operations Manager level
  • Ability to liaise and work professionally with clients and staff
  • Experience of motivating, managing and leading cleaning teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
