Job Overview

A role where the little details make a big difference.

  • As a Domestic Supervisor at Sodexo, you will be responsible for leading a team and managing daily cleaning operations to improve the quality of people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate routine responsibilities and assign specific work or functional activities
  • Oversee, plan and coordinate the cleaning operation ensuring that you and your team create a sterile and safe environment
  • Maintain patient safety by keeping their rooms, wards, communal areas, restrooms, and other hospital areas clean
  • Ensure a safe working environment throughout the hospital for all employees
  • Comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to perform physical aspects of the job
  • A passion for health and safety
  • Personal and professional integrity, appearance, and demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
