Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Director Inclusion to implement deliberate strategies that advance underrepresented communities in commercial real estate careers. This includes knowledge of the industrial market and main developers/investors in the Midlands (advantageous not essential). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry and a passion for promoting diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to advance underrepresented communities in commercial real estate careers
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and industry partners
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of company-wide diversity and inclusion policies and procedures
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry and a passion for promoting diversity and inclusion. Knowledge of the industrial market and main developers/investors in the Midlands (advantageous not essential).
