Exciting Opportunity at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our corporate affairs department, you will play a crucial role in managing our Assurance Framework, Legal advice, Claims and Policy Management, and Freedom of Information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Trust's Assurance Framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert legal advice to the Trust and its stakeholders.
  • Oversee Claims and Policy Management to minimize risks and ensure effective governance.
  • Ensure Freedom of Information compliance and respond to FOI requests in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Support the Trust's equality and diversity initiatives.
  • Manage corporate contracts and gifts and hospitality in accordance with Trust policies.
