Cameron James is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team in South West London. As a specialist Broker, we provide personal insurance services to High-Net-Worth individuals and private clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service a portfolio of clients from initial enquiry to policy issue, with ongoing support
  • Provide technical expertise and advice as required
  • Maintain and improve our clients' high levels of business retention
Client Care:
  • Provide a professional, friendly, helpful, and informative service
  • Respond promptly to client requests and queries
Work Management:
  • Prioritize daily workload with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Handle incoming telephone calls
  • Maintain a daily diary system
Teamwork:
  • Contribute to a constructive role within the Private Clients team
  • Work collaboratively with Account Executives
  • Work independently, acting on your own initiative

The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably with a Broker or Insurance Company. Experience in High Net Worth, Household, and Motor insurance would be highly advantageous.

An appropriate level of technical expertise is required, along with a desire to continually improve skills and experience within a challenging environment.
