CRM Strategy Lead

At Sherborne Talent Solutions, we're seeking a seasoned CRM professional to drive customer growth and retention. This critical role will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive CRM strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing, operations, and data teams.
The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably in a regulated industry. They should be proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and project management skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a CRM strategy focused on engagement, retention, and lifetime value
- Assess and improve CRM tools and ensure data accuracy
- Work with IT and Operations to integrate CRM with other systems
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns, monitor performance, and optimise strategies
- Use A/B testing and data insights to improve conversion and engagement
- Mentor and train others on CRM best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of CRM management experience, preferably in a regulated industry
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analysis tools
- Experience with email marketing, segmentation, and personalisation
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
