About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure pre-shipment quality and implement corrective action plans as needed
  • Provide quality control and assurance services to support new product development and launch
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in quality and compliance metrics
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity and compliance

Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications in quality management or a related field (desirable)
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on quality and compliance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a manufacturing business, preferably in consumer products
