Data Quality Manager Job Description

At Datatech Analytics, we're seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Data Quality Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our customer data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality strategy and operating framework that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a single version of truth for customer data by combining multiple data sources and defining customer entities.
  • Identify and mitigate potential data quality issues throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Monitor and measure data quality performance using tools and processes to ensure high standards.
  • Collaborate with the data community across the group to deliver data quality frameworks and roadmaps.
  • Support the growth of new channels through reliable and controlled data sets.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in leading data quality functions and mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong skills in SQL and experience with other languages such as Python or R.
  • Understanding of data governance and good data quality practices, with experience implementing these.
  • Experience with quality assurance, coding documentation, and version control best practices.
  • Curious nature and ability to get to the bottom of business problems and data nuances.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to maximize the value of data.
