We are seeking a highly motivated Development Coordinator to join our client, an ambitious development firm in London. With a strong track record of successful projects and backing from stakeholders, this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in project coordination.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Development Director to gain hands-on experience in all phases of development. This role offers a fantastic chance to learn the ins and outs of development and progress towards a full development role in the future.

The Role:

  • Support the Development Director with project management tasks and timelines.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and documentation for projects.
  • Conduct research and assist in due diligence for new developments.

Requirements:
