Executive Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team at our gastro pub in a stunning location on the Isle of Anglesey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing a team of chefs, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
- Contribute to the development of our company culture and values
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar environment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food trends
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
