We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a prestigious gastro pub on the Isle of Anglesey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the culinary vision and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff management
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
- A bonus of £5,000 per annum
- Approximately £100 per week in tips
- Live-in accommodation available
