We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Screening Practitioner to join our team at the Royal United Hospital, Bath. As a key member of our Bowel Cancer Screening Programme, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality screening services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take overall responsibility for patients within the bowel screening programme, ensuring they receive appropriate assessment, management plans, and effective care.
  • Work autonomously as a Specialist Screening Practitioner, collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team and staff at other sites to ensure equal and diverse bowel cancer screening services for the population of Bath, Swindon, and Wiltshire.
  • Develop professional relationships and communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and think creatively to enhance the screening programme.
