E-Commerce Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join our ambitious team at In Technology Group Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our online growth strategy and developing innovative e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and drive business growth.
  • Manage e-commerce platforms, optimize user experience, and improve site performance to enhance customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, email) to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Ensure all website products are up-to-date, including price, product descriptions, and imagery, to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Organize local events, such as showroom anniversaries and product launches, to engage with customers and promote our brand.
  • Coordinate photoshoots to capture high-quality imagery for our website and marketing materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
