As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our e-commerce business.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the fulfilment and facilities teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Oversee operational risk management to maintain a safe and secure work environment
* Coordinate the efficient operation of goods in and out, maintaining a streamlined inventory system
* Collaborate with other departments to optimize cross-functional workflows
* Monitor key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes
* Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels
* Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all business processes

Facilities & Risk Management:

* Ensure the office environment is functioning effectively, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere for the team
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies
* Risk management, including monitoring market conditions, operational risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate any potential disruptions

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a leadership role in an e-commerce business, in either logistics or retail operations
* Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including inventory management and logistics
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
