At Home Instead, we are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older adults, providing non-medical care and companionship services. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care, and we believe that every person deserves to live their life to the fullest.
We offer competitive pay rates, starting at £10.80 per hour, with the potential to earn up to £11.50 per hour. Additionally, you will receive an enhanced rate of £21.60 for working bank holidays. Our flexible scheduling ensures that you can work around your commitments, with a minimum of 1 hour calls and mileage allowance provided.
As a Care Professional, you will undergo fully paid award-winning training and ongoing support, with genuine career development opportunities. You will also have access to specialist training and qualifications, such as City & Guilds Alzheimer's and End of Life.
