Luxury Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Luxury Sales Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting Boutique Manager and Head office during events to develop them as relationship building occasions.
- Analyse New and existing clientele with store Manager to provide accurate insights to the HO teams.
- Enhance store clientelling skills to ensure updated and accurate information is captured by the SA.
- Improve client data capture accuracy and rates for existing clients and prospective long-lasting relationships.
- Support the store manager to train and coach new members of staff on Brand Vision and Client Services.
The role also involves varied responsibilities across stock management, visual merchandising, and general housekeeping.
