Dementia Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification. They will also have a background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
A generous salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available to the right candidate.
