Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote maximum independence.
- Provide daily living support and assistance with tasks such as budgeting and time management.
- Collaborate with families and service coordinators to ensure comprehensive support services.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops on human rights and fire safety.
- Be available for on-call duties and provide emergency support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or Human Services preferred or 3 years' experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Medication Administration Certification and valid Driver's license required.
- A strong passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and a commitment to excellence.
Estimated Salary: $24.50 per hour
