">We are seeking a skilled Disability Care Specialist to join our team, responsible for providing high-quality support services to our clients. ">Main Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Provide personalized support, encouraging independence, self-advocacy, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and optimal outcomes.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
">- A degree in a relevant field, such as social work or healthcare; certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a support role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues alike.
Compensation and Benefits
">- A salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 per annum, based on experience.
