About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Fire Safety Consultant to join our Fire Engineering team in Newcastle. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fire engineering services to our clients.
About the Team:
Our Fire Engineering team is one of the largest in the UK, operating within a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy. With a growing reputation for quality and responsiveness, we have achieved exceptional growth and are now represented in all regional capitals within England, Scotland, and Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technically excellent fire engineering designs on multiple projects
- Provide early-stage strategic input to design
- Conduct detailed design, from construction status information to post-occupancy evaluation
- Participate in site inspections and reporting throughout construction
Requirements:
- BSc/BEng/MSc/MEng or equivalent
- Experience working in a fire engineering consultancy, delivering fire strategy and fire safety consultancy services
- Passion and talent for fire engineering
- A confident, outgoing, and fun person who enjoys being part of a busy team
- An articulate communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills
- A self-starter who is tenacious in concluding tasks
- Someone with drive, ambition, and enjoys change and variety
