We're seeking a dynamic and innovative Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join our Ground Engineering team in London. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across various sectors, including energy, rail, highways, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage geotechnical projects from investigation to design and construction, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Apply cutting-edge approaches in ground investigation, geotechnical design, and construction, including foundation design, slope stability assessment, and ground improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, providing technical expertise and support.
  • Collaborate with our Technical Directors and Associates to deliver projects, win new business, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Geotechnical Engineering (BSc or MSc) or a related field.
  • Chartered status (Engineer) preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in similar roles, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
  • Strong technical and commercial skills, knowledge, and experience in geotechnical engineering.
  • Ability to travel throughout the UK and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
