About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. As a key member of our CAMHS team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to children, young people, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to children, young people, and families, including individual and group work.
  • Contribute to initial assessments of children and young people referred to the team, working collaboratively with other qualified members of the team.
  • Facilitate and signpost referrals to other agencies, as appropriate, in conjunction with allocated Health Care Professionals.
  • Review the needs of children, young people, and families, handling sensitive information from a range of situations and life events.
