About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Advisor to join our Retail team at Saltrock. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and till operations
  • Maintain a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising and product replenishment
  • Support with merchandising product, including implementing markdowns and price alterations
  • Process deliveries and maintain a high level of housekeeping standards
  • Support the Store Manager with key holder responsibilities
