About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team at the Financial Conduct Authority. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in developing and implementing supervisory strategies for client assets, working closely with firms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engagement with firms on remediation of CASS issues, including regulatory breaches
  • Scope and deliver assessments of firms' compliance with the CASS rules, including where firms are at risk of failure
  • Develop and propose CASS supervisory strategies to identify and mitigate harm
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulated firms and auditors
  • Ensure compliance with all internal systems, processes, and requirements
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes
