Job Title: Senior Associate

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Real Estate team in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial property work, including land acquisitions, property investment acquisitions and disposals, and acting for landlords and tenants in connection with business leases.

About the Role

You will work closely with our partners and other fee earners to deliver high-quality services to our clients, which include developers, corporate occupiers, and property investors. Your expertise will be essential in providing technical advice and guidance to clients on complex property matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a caseload of commercial property matters, including land acquisitions, property investment acquisitions and disposals, and business leases.
  • Work closely with partners and other fee earners to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to clients on complex property matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of PQE or equivalent experience in real estate work (commercial property).
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
