The successful candidate will have a strong educational background, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer support, or administrative assistance. Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills being a plus.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Division General Manager in organizing customer meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and managing follow-up actions.
  • Providing administrative support, including writing meeting minutes, compiling reports, and updating customer databases.
  • Attending customer meetings when required, taking detailed meeting notes, and ensuring that all agreed action items are executed on time.
  • Managing and coordinating sales-related documents, ensuring all materials are accurate, consistent, and meet company standards.
  • Providing prompt and efficient support for customer inquiries and requests, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting in market analysis and competitor research, supporting the development of sales strategies and business plans.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, offering opportunities for career growth and development within a dynamic and innovative company.
