About the Role:

Tara Professional Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Mentor to support the educational journey of students in a 'Good' school. As a Learning Mentor, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as autism and dyslexia
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet students' needs
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support in the classroom
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student support
  • Monitor and record student progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives
