Job Summary

CSG Talent is seeking a skilled Calibration Engineer to join our team. As a Calibration Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our water quality monitors and gas detectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Instrument Calibration: Organize and carry out the calibration of water quality monitors and gas detectors to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance on water quality monitors and gas detectors to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all repair and calibration activities, including calibration certificates and maintenance records.
  • Documentation: Ensure that all documentation, including calibration certificates and maintenance records, is maintained to ISO 17025 standards.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with the sales team to provide information on repair times and work with the workshop team to ensure health and safety requirements are followed at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a calibration and repair environment.
  • Skills: Experience in calibration and repair of monitors/sensors, experience of ISO 17025 documentation, attention to detail, and the ability to work towards SLAs and KPI repair times.
