Job Title: Care Home Manager Position
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager to lead our team at a brand new state-of-the-art care home in Norfolk. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff and resources to ensure each resident enjoys a dignified and fulfilling life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff and resources to deliver high-quality care and services
- Work closely with the Clinical Lead and healthcare teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Develop and implement a vision for the home to achieve 'outstanding' ratings
- Liaise with residents, families, and professionals to ensure excellent relationships
Requirements:
- Qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC Pin or NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Previous experience in managing a nursing home or similar setting
- Good communication and marketing skills
- Ability to work towards achieving 'outstanding' ratings
