Womenswear Branded Product Manager

As an Assistant Digital Merchandise Planner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Marks & Spencer Plc's Womenswear Branded Buying & Merchandising team. Your primary responsibility will be to create and implement effective merchandising strategies that drive sales, manage inventory, and optimize product offerings.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales, inventory, and product goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, ensuring alignment with commercial and customer objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in digital merchandising, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 20% colleague discount across all M&S products and many third-party brands, competitive holiday entitlement, and discretionary bonus schemes.
