About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, proactively bringing in new business, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Process orders and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct site surveys and accurate measurements to ensure accurate quotes and orders

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong understanding of business operations and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
