About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Lisburn showroom team as a Sales Representative. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and uncapped sales bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers in a friendly and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist customers with their bathroom product queries and offer expert advice.
  • Produce customer proposals and process orders efficiently.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, driving profitable growth for the company.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Bathshack product range and stay up-to-date with new products.
  • Provide excellent customer service on the phone and in-store, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers after completion of bathroom installation to ensure they are fully satisfied.

Requirements

  • Reliable and professional with a great attitude and motivation to work with customers.
  • Experience in the use of MS Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Willing to develop a strong knowledge of sales and the sales process.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong organisational skills.
  • Motivated team player with a positive approach.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative once trained and confident.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role within a retail environment.
  • Extensive experience and confidence in the use of IT.
