About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Lisburn showroom team as a Sales Representative. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and uncapped sales bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a friendly and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers with their bathroom product queries and offer expert advice.
- Produce customer proposals and process orders efficiently.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, driving profitable growth for the company.
- Develop a strong understanding of the Bathshack product range and stay up-to-date with new products.
- Provide excellent customer service on the phone and in-store, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after completion of bathroom installation to ensure they are fully satisfied.
Requirements
- Reliable and professional with a great attitude and motivation to work with customers.
- Experience in the use of MS Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Willing to develop a strong knowledge of sales and the sales process.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong organisational skills.
- Motivated team player with a positive approach.
- Ability to work on your own initiative once trained and confident.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within a retail environment.
- Extensive experience and confidence in the use of IT.
