About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team at Tata Steel. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and act as the principal contact for the interface between the business and key customers, providing regular commercial, technical, financial, and logistical support.
  • Oversee the day-to-day deployment of agreed strategies and tactics for a portfolio of customers, monitoring performance against specific KPIs.
  • Deliver top-line sales performance, negotiating within agreed parameters.
  • Develop and execute account plans for customers, where required.
  • Develop effective and clear commercial contracts and Service Level Agreements, driving implementation and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities, value propositions, methods of communication with customers and prospects across the customer base and sector.
Requirements
  • Previous sales or customer service experience.
  • A proven track record of building long-lasting relationships.
  • The ability to carry out and prioritize business analyses.
