Job Description

We are an ambitious educational institution committed to delivering exceptional education to children and young people. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Reception Assistant - Oxfordshire.

This role is responsible for providing frontline customer contact with external clients, managing lettings inquiries, and developing effective relationships with tenants, landlords, and other external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out reception duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Provide frontline customer contact with external clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Manage lettings inquiries, including scheduling viewings and coordinating with internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with tenants, landlords, and other external partners
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role or similar environment
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field
