About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Belcan Technical Recruiting (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our on-site team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless collaboration between our customers and frontline services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer communications, including incoming requests, inquiries, and complaints
  • Assign tasks to relevant areas of responsibility and follow up on requests until completion
  • Act as the voice and face of the Service Desk, providing a positive and polite telephone manner
  • Track information, produce daily reports, and connect with Technical SMEs and customers
  • Escalate or reassign tasks as necessary, and monitor resolution of incidents
Requirements
  • Customer service skills and experience
  • Polite telephone manner and a positive attitude towards customer focus and care
  • Problem-solving and complaint handling skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP and IT literacy
