We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Homes Director to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of our care homes in Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Home Managers and Senior Home Managers to deliver high-quality care services
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of each home, ensuring adherence to quality standards and financial targets
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with industry best practices
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including local authorities, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior management role within the healthcare sector, preferably in nursing/residential homes
* In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in the healthcare industry
* Strong commercial knowledge - budgeting, occupancy
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality care
