Job Title: Finance Director

About the Role:

The company is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the financial functions of the business. The successful candidate will work closely with the Management Team to produce all accounting documents and facilitate board reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the production of accounting documents and facilitating board reporting functions
  • Working closely with the Management Team to drive the implementation of operational projects
  • Providing reports and updates to the Management Team as required
  • Managing Accountants and KPI analysis
  • Ad-hoc commercial reports for the senior leadership team
  • HR administration

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance function within the Engineering sector
  • Understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficient in the use of SAP and Excel
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and manage relationships at all levels
