We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales professional to join our team at Interaction Leeds. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in generating high-quality leads and booking appointments for our field sales team, contributing directly to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact potential clients to generate high-quality leads within the waste management sector.
- Schedule appointments for the field sales team to convert leads into new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate the benefits to prospective clients.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed personal and team targets for lead generation and sales activity.
Requirements:
- Experience in the waste management industry is essential.
- Proven background in Telesales or Lead Generation roles.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems and strong administrative skills.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, with part-time and flexible hours available.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £28,000 - £34,000 per annum, plus commission.
- 20 days of annual leave, increasing by 1 day for each year of service.
- Home working options available (WFH).
- Flexible hours for part-time employees.
