We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at Mathewson Limited, a leading underfloor heating contractor/designer. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for calculating project costs and providing detailed proposals to clients.

About the Job

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented estimating professional to enhance their expertise through diverse and rewarding projects. You will be responsible for:

  • Calculating project costs, including materials, labour, and equipment
  • Supporting the Sales Team with proposals and tracking project costs
  • Analysing project plans, bills of quantities, and specifications to determine accurate budgets
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best value

You will also be required to:

  • Obtain supplier quotes and support tender preparation and bid writing
  • Visit project sites to gather necessary information
  • Maintain detailed records and prepare reports
