Job Title: Aerospace Estimator

At Doufre Construction Personell, we are seeking an experienced Aerospace Estimator to join our team. As an Aerospace Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, focusing on joinery, glazed partitions, drylining, and structural glazing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, focusing on joinery, glazed partitions, drylining, and structural glazing.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors, obtaining competitive quotations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure all estimates are aligned with project requirements and budgets.
  • Track project costs, monitor progress against estimates, and prepare reports for management review.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an estimator in the construction or fit-out industry, with a strong focus on joinery, glazed partitions, drylining, and structural glazing.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards specific to interior fit-out projects.
  • Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar) and strong MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction, quantity surveying, or a related field (preferred).
