About the Role

Allegis Group is a leading provider of tailored staffing solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Onboarding Associate to join our team. As a key member of our onboarding process, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless experience for our contractors, sales partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough background checks, including referencing, criminal, education, employment, and credit checks, to ensure compliance with internal and client onboarding requirements.
  • Manage and resolve any discrepancies identified during the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of all necessary checks.
  • Issue contracts to candidates in line with internal and client procedures, maintaining accurate records and updating contractor onboarding status as needed.
  • Audit and administer provided documents to ensure they meet internal policies, maintaining the highest level of customer service and attention to detail.
  • Develop strong relationships with peers in other departments and sales partners to support the strategic aims of the business, advising consultants and contractors on policies, compliance, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Natural team player with excellent communication skills, able to build relationships both locally and remotely.
  • Customer-focused, helpful, and willing to support at all times, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage high workloads, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous working knowledge of Microsoft and Oracle packages, as well as experience working within an office or administration environment.
